Ben Nye Blue Neutralizer includes color-rich creme shades that cancel intense blue discoloration. The concealer is densely pigmented and can be used before the base as a facial corrector, or blend with other neutralizers. Great for concealing veins, tattoos, bruises and dark under eyes.
