At Alcone Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most professional makeup and skincare products. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unused, unopened, and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that some professional tools and special effects materials may be final sale.

  Request a Return Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Pack Your Return

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box if possible, including a copy of your invoice and clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our New York warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
