Each refill is dry and ready to use, allowing you to stock up on your go-to colors so you can replace them quickly when needed. Choose from a selection of refill colors in this highly pigmented, transfer-resistant formula. Pan size: 1.5 x 1.5 inch pans (38 x 38mm).
